Privacy policy
The www.digital-orchestra.sk website uses no cookies, has no advertising or visitor-tracking scripts on its pages and loads everything the page needs from its own server. We process personal data only in the two cases described below.
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Digital Orchestra, s.r.o., with its registered office at Poľná 1725/19, 900 27 Bernolákovo, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 47 341 068, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 92008/B.
For anything concerning personal data, write to us at info [at] digital-orchestra.sk, call +421 904 464 579 or send a letter to our registered office.
When you browse the website
Each time a page or file is opened, the server records the IP address, the time, the address of the page you opened, the address of the page you came from and information about your browser, and for password-protected files also the user name. If an error occurs, it also records a description of the error.
We need these records to keep the website running reliably and securely: to find and fix errors and to protect the website against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep the records for at most 365 days, after which the server deletes them automatically. We do not share them with anyone unless the law requires us to.
We also use the server records to compile summary visitor statistics, for example how many visits the website had on each day, which pages people read, which websites they come from and which browsers they use. The statistics are compiled by a program on our own server, without cookies and without services of other companies. IP addresses and user names are not included in the statistics. When processing the records, the program also shortens IP addresses, and it does not determine visitors’ location.
We need the statistics to see what interests people on the website and to improve it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Every day we compile them anew from the records we still hold and overwrite the previous version, so they never go back more than 365 days. We do not share the statistics with anyone.
When you write to us or call us
The website has no form. The e-mail link opens your own e-mail program and you send the message yourself. From your e-mail or call we process your name, contact details and the content of the communication so that we can reply and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in dealing with your message (point (f)).
We keep messages for 5 years after they have been dealt with, and for at most 6 years after we received them. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep them for as long as the other data from the contract.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites, for example LinkedIn or GitHub, open pages for which their operators are responsible and where their own rules apply. Our services Moje Účtovníctvo and Moja eFaktúra have their own privacy policies on their websites moje-ucto.sk and moja-efaktura.sk.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and, for data from your messages, to ask for it to be transferred to another controller. You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest. The details are set out in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR.
Send your request by e-mail; we will deal with it without undue delay, as a rule within one month. We can only find you in the server records by IP address and time of visit, so please include them in your request.
If you believe that we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
We will update this policy when what the website does changes. The Slovak version is binding; translations are for information only.
